This Privacy Policy describes how Berry Ventures LLC (“Berry Ventures,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with BrainTeeze. BrainTeeze is a product of Berry Ventures LLC.

BrainTeeze is an iPhone application that is currently in development and is not yet available for download. This policy therefore covers our practices for this website today, and describes in general terms how it will be expanded to cover the application. We would rather state that something is not yet finalised than describe a practice we have not established.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this website and to communications you send to us, for example by email. It will be updated to address the BrainTeeze application before or at the time the application becomes available. Where a section below applies only to the future application, we say so.

2. Information you choose to provide

This website does not include an account system, a contact form, or a newsletter signup. The information we receive from you is the information you choose to send us, which currently means the contents of email you send to support@brainteeze.app. That typically includes your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you write in your message.

3. Website and technical data

This website is delivered over the internet by a hosting provider. As is normal for web hosting, our provider's systems may process technical information necessary to serve the pages you request and to keep the service secure and operational, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser user-agent. We do not use this website to build marketing profiles about visitors.

If we later add analytics, forms, or other features that collect additional information, we will update this policy to describe them before or when those features go live.

4. Information related to the application

The BrainTeeze application is still in development, and its final data practices have not been established. When the application is released, this policy will be updated to describe what the application processes, whether that information stays on your device or is transmitted to us or to a service provider, and what choices you have. Until that update is published, you should not rely on this policy as a description of in-app data practices.

If the application is distributed through the App Store, Apple may process information relating to your download, purchase, or subscription under Apple's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

5. How we use information

• To respond to your support, product, or business enquiries.
• To operate, maintain, and secure this website.
• To develop and improve BrainTeeze, including by considering feedback you send us.
• To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our terms.

6. Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate our business, including website hosting and email. These providers process information on our behalf in order to provide their services to us, and they handle that information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our business communications, and longer where a legal obligation requires it. You may ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us, and we will honour the request where we are able to do so.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and we rely on established providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to young children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website. Any age-related requirements for the application will be stated in the application's App Store listing and in the updated version of this policy. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so that we can address it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including in certain U.S. states, you may have rights regarding personal information about you — such as the right to request access to it, correction of it, or deletion of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email support@brainteeze.app and describe what you are asking for. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity or ask for more detail in order to act on the request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and we expect to update it before or at the time BrainTeeze is released, as the application's final data practices are established. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
