BrainTeeze is an iPhone app that shows a short thinking challenge before you open apps you have selected. Once the app is released, this section will cover installation, first-time setup, and how to configure your first pause.

App Selection & Blocking
You choose which apps trigger a challenge. Because the selection and interruption behaviour is still being finalised, we will publish exact setup steps and any platform requirements when the app is released rather than describing screens that may change.
Challenges & Difficulty
The challenge system is planned around Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels so the pause can match the habit you are working on. Detailed guidance for each level will be added as the formats are finalised.
Streaks & Progress
BrainTeeze is planned to include streaks and a brain-progression concept that reflect the days you keep meeting the pause. How progress is calculated and displayed will be documented at launch.
Account & Subscription
Any account or subscription options will be described here, along with how to manage or cancel them. Purchases made through the App Store are managed in your Apple account settings. Pricing and plans are not finalised, so we are not publishing them yet.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what applies to this website today and states that it will be updated as the app's final data practices are established. If you have a privacy question in the meantime, email us and we will answer directly.
Troubleshooting
Once the app is available, this section will cover common issues such as challenges not appearing, selected apps not being recognised, and restoring your settings. Until then, please email us with a description of what you are seeing.
